UCNB's marketing team of Damien Kane and Kerry Murano, had a clear "look" they wanted to convey and worked closely with MIG's design team to accomplish their objectives. To help make the website even more productive, UCNB enlisted MIG's help in creating several interactive information management features that make it easy for UCNB to change thier own website whenever they want and from any PC connected to the Internet.

These "content management" features are provided via MIG's exclusive software control system called SiteCare. SiteCare provides client logon security with access to a single dashboard of services that manage information and control display of web pages. Back-office functions drive many features such as, on-line loan applications, news, and loan and deposit rates. A new SiteCare feature was added called "Promo Control", which allows the client an ability to change and link highly visible promotional images to promotion pages at any time. According to Damien Kane, AVP Marketing, "We now have a very organized, responsive and effective way to create promotions. We can already see the effect because it allows us to easily try new incentives in real time."
